Christensen Building Group, LLC (Construction Manager at Risk on behalf of the City of Houston) will receive proposals from subcontractors and suppliers for the North Belt Police Station Project on or before Tuesday, May 23rd (2023) at 2:00pm.

Project consists of new construction of a 2-story, 16,000 SF, Police Station and single-story, 1,898 SF, Fleet Maintenance Building located at 320 Gears Road (Houston, TX 77067) which includes work for the following trades: concrete, masonry, structural steel, millwork, waterproofing, building insulation, roofing, doors, detention doors, overhead coiling doors, glazing, plaster, drywall, grid ceiling systems, tile, resilient flooring, paint, polished concrete, signage, specialties, lockers, aluminum canopies, residential appliances, window treatments, pre-engineered metal buildings, fuel pump addition, elevator, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, network cabling, fire alarm, security, access control, CCTV, audio video, earthwork, landscaping, fencing, pavement markings, and site utilities. Subcontractors will be selected on a best-value basis with consideration given to price, schedule, experience, and safety.
